What we collect
When you order: your name, phone number, email address and delivery address. Your email receives your order and shipping confirmations. That’s it — we don’t ask for more than an order needs.
What we use it for
- Processing and delivering your order, and contacting you about it.
- Legal and accounting records we’re required to keep.
- Nothing else without your consent — we don’t sell your data, and we don’t send marketing unless you opt in.
Who we share it with
- Our courier — name, phone and address, to deliver your parcel.
- Our licensed payment provider — to process your payment. Your banking details go directly to them and never touch this site.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as the law requires for business records, then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw consent, via the Contact page. We’ll respond as required by the PDPA.
